After 18 years in Marketing supporting global Fortune 500 companies, I completely changed my career path. Marketing consumer goods that did not align with my personal beliefs and way of life became an ethical and moral issue for me, so I decided to go back to school at the age of 39. I graduated in 2010 from National Personal Training Institute in Philadelphia ready and excited to start a new life helping people feel better.

After healing myself from multiple medical illnesses, I focus on and enjoy working with clients who have chronic illness or pain and who are ready to look at the whole picture of what is affecting their bodies physically and emotionally.

Compassion, education and understanding all play a role in my ability to help my clients achieve their goals to feel better in their body. Continuing education led me to study and understand the forces we put on our bodies and how every body is different. I also studied isometrics and was certified to use the Isophit device.

During the pandemic, I took the opportunity to further my education and skills and completed a 16-week Reiki Master program. My energy healing practice also includes Crystal Dreaming, use of oracle cards and crystals, as well as Reiki for animals.

I use natural and alternative medicine in my own life and while I do not push it on clients, I do try to educate them on the benefits. However, when I tore my Achilles on the first day of summer, I sought out the best of both modern American medicine and alternative health practices so that I could heal fast and get back to life.
